By ordering from GINA HF you agree to the following terms.
Orders placed at checkout are paid by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PromptPay on our payment provider's secure page, and are confirmed on payment. You may instead send a reservation request: nothing is charged, and the atelier confirms availability, shipping and payment with you on LINE before anything is dispatched. Made-to-measure pieces require a 50% deposit. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB). Applicable taxes are determined by the delivery destination and calculated at checkout. Import duties and customs formalities for international delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
Worldwide shipping in 5–7 working days from confirmation. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout, according to the delivery destination. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery, and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is shared via LINE.
Pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn and with the hygiene seal intact. For reasons of hygiene, briefs and any piece whose seal has been removed cannot be returned. Made-to-measure and altered pieces are final sale.
All imagery, copy, and designs are the property of GINA HF. Reproduction is not permitted without written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok.
The hygiene seal is a sealed strip attached to every piece worn against the skin. It must still be intact and unbroken for a return to be accepted — once it is removed, the right of return on that piece ends.
