Measurements are of your body, in centimetres — not of the garment. Take them over bare skin or a thin bra, with the tape level and snug but never tight. If you are between sizes, size down for lace and structure, size up for bias-cut silk.

Measure directly beneath the bust, where a band would sit. This is the measurement that carries the weight — a band that rides up is a band too loose.
Measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level.
Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ~20cm below the waist.
The hygiene seal is a sealed strip attached to every piece worn against the skin. It must still be intact and unbroken for a return to be accepted — once it is removed, the right of return on that piece ends.
It is a sealed strip on the piece itself, where the piece sits against the skin. Try everything on over your own underwear and leave the seal where it is until you are sure: once it is broken that piece cannot come back to us, and briefs cannot be returned at all.
If none of the five sizes holds your measurements, the atelier drafts a pattern from them instead — three fittings, and the pattern is kept for every piece after.
