Unworn, undamaged pieces may be returned within 14 days with the hygiene seal intact. For reasons of hygiene, briefs and unsealed pieces cannot be returned. Made-to-measure and altered pieces are final sale.

The hygiene seal is a sealed strip attached to every piece worn against the skin. It must still be intact and unbroken for a return to be accepted — once it is removed, the right of return on that piece ends.
