Our atelier is in Bangkok. We welcome private visits Tuesday to Saturday by appointment.
Browse the collection, add pieces to your bag, and head to checkout. You can pay there by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PromptPay, with shipping calculated for your address at the final step. If you would rather not buy online, send a reservation request instead and we will hold the piece and arrange everything with you on LINE.
You can pay by card. Checkout runs on our payment provider's encrypted page, which takes cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PromptPay — we never see or store your card details. LINE is the alternative, not the rule: choose it if you would rather we hold the piece and confirm size, colour and delivery in one quiet conversation before anything is paid.
Yes. Express delivery in 5–7 working days. The shipping cost depends on your destination and is calculated at checkout, before you pay. We can arrange duties-paid delivery to most countries — ask on LINE.
Bands and cups follow European sizing; slips, robes and briefs run XS–XL. Measure your underbust and bust — the difference is your cup. Between sizes? Size down for lace and structure, size up for bias-cut silk.
Yes, and in lingerie it changes more than in anything else. The atelier works across three fittings — band, cup, confirmation — over 4–6 weeks. A 50% deposit secures your slot, and the pattern is kept for future pieces.
14 days, unworn and with the hygiene seal intact. The hygiene seal is a sealed strip attached to every piece worn against the skin: once it is removed, the right of return on that piece ends. For reasons of hygiene, briefs and unsealed pieces cannot be returned. Made-to-measure is not returnable. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
